This is the plain-language summary of our terms. The full legal terms will be published before paid accounts open, and you will be asked to accept them before any charge.
Using Zenmire
- You must be 18 or older and give us accurate account information.
- You are responsible for what you ask your agents to do, and for the apps and accounts you connect.
- Don’t use Zenmire to break the law, harm others, harass anyone, or impersonate a real person.
Your agents are AI
- Agents can make mistakes. Check important information, and use approval rules for anything that matters.
- Companions and friends are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health professionals.
- In an emergency, contact local emergency services, not your agent.
Plans and billing
- Your price is the sum of the options you pick, shown before you confirm.
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Additions are prorated; removals are credited.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change to something you already have.
Your content
You own what you create and share with Zenmire: your builds, conversations, files and memories. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
