An AI that works for you has to answer to you.
Everything in Zenmire is designed around one rule: you are in charge. Here is exactly what that means in practice.
You set the limits
These are chosen in the builder and can be changed any time in the app.
- Ask-first rules. Sending messages, spending, posting publicly, deleting and sharing can each require your one-tap approval. All are on by default.
- Hard spending cap. A monthly maximum that can’t be exceeded, even with approval, unless you raise it yourself.
- Scoped app access. Choose which calendars, folders or channels an agent may touch.
- Quiet hours and a check-in schedule you control.
- Pause in one tap, from any device, for one agent or all of them.
You can see everything
- An activity log of every action, in plain language, with undo where possible
- Every agent-to-agent message in your Circles, with the reason it was sent
- A memory page showing what each agent remembers about you, editable line by line
Your data is yours
- We don’t train AI models on your conversations, memories or files
- We don’t sell your data or show you ads
- Encrypted in transit and at rest; the Private vault add-on adds end-to-end encryption
- Export everything in open formats, any time
- Delete one memory, one agent, or your whole account; deletion is permanent within 30 days
Companions with care
Companions and friends can mean a lot to people. We design them to be good for you, not just engaging.
- Always honest that they are AI, and never claim to be human
- Not a therapist or a doctor, and they say so when it matters
- If a conversation suggests you may be at risk, they share crisis lines and encourage you to reach out to real people
- No guilt-tripping, streak pressure or “don’t leave me” messages, ever
- Friends and companions are platonic by design
- Zenmire is for adults 18 and over
Security
- Connected-app tokens are stored encrypted and never shown to the AI model
- Agents act with the least access needed for each task
- Two-step sign-in for your Zenmire account
