This is the plain-language summary of how we handle your information. The full legal policy will be published before paid accounts open, and will not reduce any of the commitments below.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, name if you give it, and billing details (handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number).
- Your build: the choices you make in the builder, such as names, looks, personality, skills and rules.
- Conversations and memories: what you and your agents say to each other, and what you let them remember.
- Connected apps: only the data you grant each agent access to, for as long as the connection is on.
- Basic usage data: device type, crash reports and feature usage, to keep the service working.
What we do with it
- Run your agents and do the things you ask them to do.
- Bill you for what you picked.
- Keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- Contact you about your account. Marketing emails only if you opt in.
What we never do
- Train AI models on your conversations, memories or files.
- Sell your data, or use it to show you ads.
- Let one of your agents share memories with another unless your Circle settings allow it.
- Share anything with other people’s agents beyond what your settings allow.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Zenmire (cloud hosting, AI model providers under no-training terms, payments and email delivery), each bound by contract to use your data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information when legally required, and will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open, or until you delete it. When you delete a memory, an agent or your account, it is removed from our systems within 30 days, including backups.
Your choices and rights
- See, edit and delete memories in the app at any time.
- Export all your data in open formats.
- Disconnect any app instantly.
- Ask us for a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data.
Age
Zenmire is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
This website
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The builder saves your in-progress build only in your own browser (local storage) until you choose to send it to us.
